September and October 2015

September was a whirlwind. Lots of weekend festivities, out of town trips, Tadd's birthday and just overall a fun end to summer and beginning to fall despite the lack of fall weather.

The three of us visited Utah in September for his niece's baptism! It was so fun to have all the grandkids together and all of the siblings and in laws together too. We had a great weekend of food, fun and family! We are looking forward to getting to see them all again in December for Christmas!

Another event in September was my besties Bachelorette party in San Diego. Amanda and I have been friends since high school and even got to go to ASU together for a few years. I am so excited for her to be married in just a few weeks now! We had a great time in San Diego. We had a house on the beach in Pacific Beach. We went on roller coasters. We danced. We laid at the beach. We slept in. We went in the ocean. We ate ice cream. And tacos. And acai bowls. And then of course they drank, But overall it was a really great weekend celebrating the Bride to Be! Wedding pictures will be posted in a few weeks!!!

Tadd turned 36! I can hardly believe he is 36. I actually typed 32 before I typed his actual age. He is only getting better with age! So lucky to have him as mine!

Oktoberfest at the Skinners house this year was fun and our first time! We ate brats and wore Drindls and Lederhosens...Liam and I of course. Tadd was sadly out of town, but for a good purpose...Prepping for the opening of Rita's in Rocklin! Italian Ice and Frozen Custard, to fill your heart's desire! Anyway, we missed Tadd but had a fun time nonetheless. This might become an annual tradition...if we are invited. Until next October.
