My Birthday....Month!!

My birthday was about two weeks ago, now, but it was on July 27, 2009 and I turned the big 2-3! Ya, I know 23, still pretty young! Anyway, I had the best birthday! I was so excited, I felt like I was having my first birthday party or something. I basically celebrated all month. My mom spoiled me with a pedicure before my friends wedding. I was able to get a new dress for the rehearsal dinner (as a birthday present). Then the weekend of my friends wedding, we went shopping and I got a belt, head bands and cute flip flops!
Then, my sister, Katie, got me the most wonderful work/church/ fabulous outfit from banana republic. I love it! It is the cutest skirt, shirt outfit that looks so professional! I wore it to work on Monday (the day of my birth) in which I took a half day in order to spend time with Tadd! Tadd and I went out to lunch at BJ’s and had yummy wings and pizza and then we went rollerblade shopping! Ya, that’s right, we both got rollerblades!
My rollerblades are green and grey and Tadds are black and orange. We are the coolest! We went the other day, they are a good time! After rollerblade shopping, we came back home and had a BBQ with friends and family and watched the finale of the Bachelorette. We ate shrimp and scallop as well as chicken and steak cabobs with watermelon, corn and cucumber salad…mmmm…and Tadd made a delicious cherry cobbler with crumb cake mix. It was divine! Overall, I had a great birthday month and day of my birth! And now it is already August!
